Before the Rams defeated the Seahawks on Sunday afternoon, Wilson tweeted out “1-0 #GoHawks.” It wasn’t really trash talk, especially considering it came from Wilson, one of the most bland, non-confrontational athletes in sports. However, the Rams and linebacker Akeem Ayers took notice.

As is always the case on Twitter, lots of replies along the lines of “Who are you?” or “Where’s your ring?” started pouring in. What those Twitter users failed to realize is Ayers was a member of the Patriots last season — you know, that team that beat the Seahawks in the Super Bowl.
