Long, brother of Bears guard Kyle Long and son of Hall of Famer Howie Long, was the second overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft and had a couple of double-digit sack seasons.
His play has fallen off in recent years, partly due to injury, starting only five games last season and six the season before. In the past two seasons combined, he registered only 14 tackles. However, there should still be a market for him once he hits free agency.
Laurinaitis started all 16 games for the Rams last season, and had 61 tackles, 48 assists, a sack and an interception.

Cook has been with the team for three seasons and played in every game last year. He wasn’t dangerous on offense, amassing 451 yards on 39 catches and scoring no touchdowns.
Releasing all three players saves the Rams about $24 million on their 2016 cap.
