Unfortunately for Cobb, the spectacular diving catch at the end of the first quarter was called back because of a penalty. To add injury to insult, Cobb bruised his lung when Cardinals defensive back Justin Bethel landed on his chest at the end of the play.

Cobb was carted to the locker room for X-rays, but he appeared to be spitting up blood as he was evaluated by trainers while coming off the field.
He did not return to the game. A Packers spokesman told reporters after the game that Cobb would stay at a hospital in Phoenix overnight for observation and would not return home with the team.
Cobb provided an update on his own condition Sunday, and it’s good news.
